I decided to revise one of the images I made for the ‘24 Hour Comic Challenge’ a few months ago, my comic was based loosely on the song ‘Burma-Shave’ by Tom Waits. you can see the original version here
we all made masks the other day. this is a self-portrait-mask, influenced by my flicking through Facebook photos and realising that someone normally has a camera to hand when I have a pint in mine… or my hands over my face
There’s a matter of weeks left of our degree before we all have to start pretending to be real grown-ups and learn about tax and stuff. So in celebration of all of this, a few of us are putting together a collaborative publication with the Newspaper Club about our FEARS.
I’m scared of quite a lot of things, predominantly the future, forgetting things and stuff I don’t fully understand (much like taxes) - but in stead of addressing these I thought I’d do an illustration of my PERFECTLY RATIONAL fear of ponds, or at least, what lurks inside them…
